JR was more than a builder of furniture - he was a steward of history. He believed old wood carried stories, and through his work, he gave those stories new life. Every barn beam, every weathered board, every hand-forged detail mattered to him. Nothing was rushed. Nothing was artificial. Every piece was built with integrity, patience, and pride - built to last, just as he believed things should be.JR loved the West - its grit and honesty. He loved working with his hands, early mornings, the quiet of the shop, and the satisfaction of creating something real in a world that often feels anything but.

 

Ranchland Rustics was never just a business to him - it was his life’s work and his legacy.
